Alena Tsybulka
Founder & Principal, ATQ Atlantic

Alena brings more than two decades of international finance leadership across North America, Europe and Japan. She has worked inside very different financial systems — and knows how to connect them: reporting standards, tax regimes and local legislation brought together into one clear picture of the business.
Her strength is seeing the whole: how a decision taken in one country plays out in another, and what it means for the owner, the bank and the investor.
